- Modular Frames: Unlike clearspan frame, modular frame structure employs the use of interior columns. Go for modular frame structure if you want extremely wide buildings since modular frame structure distribute the load over the columns thereby reducing the cost of both the frame and the foundation of the building.
- Single Slope Frames: Single slope frames have different heights on each sidewall so the building roof has a slope structure from front to back. These designs are suitable for shopping centers and offices.
